34" 21:9 UltraWide™ QHD

QHD Resolution For Gaming

The 3440 X 1440 UltraWide QHD display outstanding clarity to ensure precise gaming. The monitor's pixel area is about 1.8 times larger than an UltraWide Full HD 21:9 monitor, and about 2.4 times larger than a Full HD 16:9 monitor.

21:9 Screen or 3440 x 1440 (60Hz) resolution may not be available depending on content, device, interface or graphic card.

This monitor supports NVIDIA G-SYNC™ , an advanced display technology that synchronizes refresh rates to the GPU inside GeForce GTX-powered PCs, eliminating screen tearing and minimizing stutter and input lag for a buttery smooth game play experience.

*Graphics card sold separately

Game Mode

There are 3 gamer modes, 2 First-Person-Shooter modes and even a RTS pre-set mode so you can choose the best mode for you and the game you're playing.

By placing the striking point in the center of the display, the Crosshair feature enhances accuracy in first-person shooter games.

What People Are Saying

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Stand pipe looks really bad LG please change the design of stand pipe. I don't like to see like one part goes into another. Why didn't you hide it behind monitor?

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nano IPS without support for HDR or 10 bit color? You hit a lot out of the park with this model, but the use of older gsync that doesn't work with HDR and doesn't allow for 10 bit color winds a very great panel back to 5 year ago technology. Perhaps this is NV's fault - as the AMD Freesync model does it right, HDR/10bitcolor/Freesync. So many features are spot on that the negatives are truly frustrating.

Does this monitor have ULMB feature? From what I understand, all G-sync monitor should have it, but I do not see it listed anywhere..

2nd Question: 5ms (GtG at Faster), 1ms MBR. I've only seen it displayed as GtG, whats MBR? I'm guessing Motion Blur Reduction? If you have MBR built in then why have G Sync, seems like they do the same thing? Can you shed some light on this? Thanks

Asked by: MichaelMB
So call it what it is then - ULMB or backlight strobing, jeez! Basically it lowers perceived smearing and ghosting but lowers brightness.

Two questions - Two Questions - The first is the "Sphere Lighting." Is this just a random color or does the color attempt to match what is happening on the screen? Seems like it could drastically distract you if it's not matching the color on the screen.

why only used display port 1.2 and not the newer one

Asked by: Khanh
Hi Khanh. The LG 34" Class 21:9 UltraGear QHD IPS Curved LED Gaming Monitor w/ G-SYNC™ (34" Diagonal), Model # 34GK950G-B has a native resolution of 3440 x 1440 and is not capable of supporting a higher resolution and it does not support HDR either. Adding a DisplayPort 1.4 would not served any purpose on the monitor since the monitor is not capable of displaying a resolution higher than its native resolution and since it doesn't support HDR, there is no need for the Displayport 1.4...^IFV
