Very Satisfied to date
We replaced our 34 year old refrigerator with this LG Model. It is brighter and appears to have more room for storing items. The items are easy to access in the refrigerator and the freezer compartments.

We bought it 2 years ago and were happy with it until the compressor stopped working 3 weeks ago. It’s now fixed but it was a big issue with our frozen stuff and fridge stuff.

When love soirs
We brought this beautiful fridge 10/2021. March3, 2023, we found that all the food in the freezer had thawed. The entire unit was not cooling. It is now March 20th and we still haven't been able to get the unit fixed/and or approved for repair. A local serviceman came and through diagnosis discovered that the compressor was bad! The UPC label in The fridge has a completion date of 10/21. We are beyond dismayed, first at the breakdown, and secondly, the apparent lack of concern for our inconvenience and loss of money from the food stored inside from LG. Would have a difficult time endorsing this product

How do you clean the fridge doors, mine have streaks
Hi there, Susan Faulconer! Good question! For door liners and gaskets, use a clean sponge or soft cloth and a mild detergent in warm water. Do not use cleaning waxes, concentrated detergents, bleaches, or cleaners containing petroleum on plastic refrigerator parts. For plastic parts (covers and panels), use a clean sponge or soft cloth and a mild detergent in warm water. Do not use window sprays, abrasive cleansers, or flammable fluids. I bought this refrigerator along with a range, microwave and a washer/dryer.All are LG's. All purchased in fall of 2022. Am I eligible for any rebates at all? I spent over $6500.00 and was really hoping for a little cash back.

Can the lighting be dimmed or replaced with something less harsh? Finding use very difficult, terribly bright (friends and family agree).
