Great looks and features, poor quality
We bought all new LG appliances in June of 2019, We thought that buying the LG Studio series would hopefully give us quality appliances we wouldn't have to worry about for several years. Our refrigerator has stopped cooling after less than 2 years...the repair guy came out yesterday and said it was the compressor. He said that he has seen a lot of these LG early compressor and evaporator failures. Thankfully this was still covered under the factory 2 year warranty but we have been without the use of this for 2 weeks and it will be another week or so before we get the part and have it working again. Because of this experience I will not buy any LG product in the future nor would I recommend them to anyone else.

Bad fridge don’t buy bad customer service!
I bought my fridge 4 years ago and it has given me so many problems then we had to contact LG to come fix my refrigerator which they didn’t even do and we have tried contacting them because my ice machine is still broke and my fridge doesn’t even get cold it’s been such a bad experience with LG and I will never be purchasing a LG appliance ever again.

Had it for a year and froze up only once in the humid summer. great form facor and controls thought only settings display. WiFi connection nice but not many functions. Window door is great and freezer is huge and easy to find things. Ice service works very well.
