Use Safe Mode if you have installed an application that is causing device issues and needs to be removed.

To enter Safe Mode:

1. While the G6 is powered on, press and hold the Power button.

2. Tap and hold the Power Off Icon on the screen.

3. Tap Turn On, your G6 will restart in Safe Mode.

To exit Safe Mode, restart the device.

If safe mode is still active, there may be an issue with a newly downloaded app or the Operating System.
