Power issues such as cycling noises or loss of power can be a result of a clogged nozzle or filter, low battery, or an indication it is time to perform maintenance.

  1. Power issues can vary. Are you experiencing an issue with loss of power or with the unit not charging?

    1. Switch to the Replacement Battery

      Battery life depends on the environment of use, cleaning mode, and operation time. Battery life will vary depend on cleaning mode.

      Note

      Allow 4 hrs. or more for the battery to fully charge before using.

    2. Check for Foreign Objects

      1 Separate the extension wand and the nozzle and check for foreign objects or dust buildup.

      2 Remove any visible foreign objects or dust buildup.

      3 If there is a foreign object on the rotating brush, then use wet tissue or toilet paper to remove it. Clean it from the bottom of the nozzle in the same way.

    1. Check the Power Adapter

      1 If the adapter or power cord is disconnected from the charging station and there's no power supply, it won't charge properly.

      2 Insert the adapter on the back of the charging station, making sure it's plugged in properly.

      2 Also, make sure the power cord of the adapter is plugged in properly into the wall as well.

    2. Check for dust or debris on the charging port of the charging station and vacuum cleaner

      1 Wipe it with a dry towel or use a brush to remove any debris.

      2 Be careful not to apply too much force to the charging port as it may be damaged.

    3. Ensure the unit is connected properly to the base

      1 Press the [Power] button to turn off the vacuum cleaner and attach it to the charging station.

      2 If connected properly, the LED should light up showing the battery level.

      3 Once all charging is completed, all the lights are lit.
