    To Resolve:
    1. Press the Power ON/OFF button.
    2. If the error code reappears, turn the circuit breaker to the unit off and wait 30 seconds before turning it back on.

    If the problem continues or if the troubleshooting steps cannot be performed, the unit will require service. Please visit our Request a Repair page to schedule service.

    Error Code 2

    This indicates a thermistor error.

    To Resolve:
    1. Press the Power ON/OFF button.
    2. If the error code reappears, turn the circuit breaker to the unit off and wait 30 seconds before turning it back on.

    If the problem continues or if the troubleshooting steps cannot be performed, the unit will require service. Please visit our Request a Repair page to schedule service.

    Error Code 3

    This indicates a thermistor error.

    To Resolve:
    1. Press the Power ON/OFF button.
    2. If the error code reappears, turn the circuit breaker to the unit off and wait 30 seconds before turning it back on.

    Error Code 4

    This indicates metal objects or water has come into contact for a prolonged time.

    To Resolve:
    1. Clean the surface of the cooktop and remove objects placed on top of the touch pads.
    2. Press the Power ON/OFF button.
    3. If the error code reappears, turn the circuit breaker to the unit off and wait 30 seconds before turning it back on.

    If the problem continues or if the troubleshooting steps cannot be performed, the unit will require service. Please visit our Request a Repair page to schedule service.

    Error Code 5

    This indicates an error was detected with the display.

    To Resolve:
    1. Press the Power ON/OFF button.
    2. If the error code reappears, turn the circuit breaker to the unit off and wait 30 seconds before turning it back on.

    If the problem continues or if the troubleshooting steps cannot be performed, the unit will require service. Please visit our Request a Repair page to schedule service.

    Error Code 6

    This indicates low voltage.

    To Resolve:
    1. This error will require a qualified electrician to examine the unit for a proper diagnosis.
