SIM Unlock - Changing Carriers & Using Overseas

SIM or Cellphone Unlocking allows you to use a device designed for a specific wireless carrier to be used on another supported wireless carrier. Before trying to use your device on another carrier, check your phone specifications for what compatible wireless networks are supported (example: GSM, CDMA, LTE, etc..) and what wireless bands you will need.

Unlocking can only be done by your wireless carrier, LG does not have the ability to unlock our devices. For more information regarding unlocking, please click here for the Federal Communications Commissions Cell Phone Unlocking guide.
