With Quick Help, you can find support articles and request support via email or request a call from LG. To add the Smart Notice widget to your Home screen, long press a blank area on the Home screen. Tap the Widgets tab and scroll to Smart Notice. Press and hold the Smart Notice widget, then drag and release on a location of your choice on the Home screen..
Note: Some Settings, Menus, or Icons may differ from that of your device depending on your software version and wireless service provider.

Tap Quick Help
from the Smart Notice widget on your Home screen.

Enter a topic in the search bar and tap
or Go on the Keyboard.

Scroll through the list of topics, tap a topic title to open.
Note: An active data connection is required to use Quick Help.

Scroll to the bottom of the search results or article you are currently viewing and tap to Email us
or Request a call

Fill out the information requested and tap Submit.
