Rated 4 out of 5 by from great smart interface I bought this TV as well as two identical smaller 43 inch versions for my house a year ago. The main reason I went with this model is for the energy saving feature, which coincidentally is an eye strain saving feature. The TV adjusts its brightness based on the rooms ambient light. This makes it great for viewing in dark rooms. The smart interface is very intuitive and easy to use. However, more apps would be nice such as Charter Cable, Pluto, Vue, Philo, as well as more individual station apps. I would also be interested in buying a voice remote, if that feature were rolled out to this model.

We bought our tv almost a year ago we had no problems until suddenly stopped connecting to the internet, we called lg they had no solution and we had to pay $400-$550 to replace the wi fi chip/board. Ironically a google search and some forums helped us to fix the issue. Why LG customer support and troubleshooting “specialists” couldnt help us is beyond me. But This is the last LG tv or anything else I will ever own.
