Rated 1 out of 5 by from Unsatisfied with customer service I was given a new LG 50” tv last year when I moved into my place. It was a gift. I recently started having issues with it, with bulbs shining brighter than others. That didn’t bother me too bad, but now, the tv won’t even turn on. It goes on but the screen flickers and sits majority on a black screen. No sound nothing. I contacted customer service, they said without a receipt I can’t have it looked at… I didn’t buy it, it was a gift so I don’t have a receipt..

Rated 1 out of 5 by from backlight led failed I never seen backlight led failing. few of the backlight LED (4 leds) failed and no replacement option for that. I ended up throwing this tv. I will never recommend this tv to anyone.
