The Suer Manual refers to OLW480B wall mount however the only mount on your website is the OTW420B and appears to be for 2016/2017 TVs. I understand VESA 200 X 300 mounts should work. Any recommendations due to unique back of the TV??

Asked by: Christopher10023
Even though the LG EZ Slim Wall Mount for 2016/2017 OLED and Premium UHD LED TVs, Model # OTW420B is listed as being compatible with 2016/2017 OLED and Premium UHD LED TVs, it is exactly the same Wall Mount Bracket as the OLW480B that is recommended in the owner's manual for the B8PUA 4K HDR Smart OLED TV w/ AI ThinQ® - 65" Class (64.5" Diag), Model # OLED65B8PUA and will also work for the 2018 LG OLEDs that have VESA Wall Mount Interface patterns that are supported by the OTW420B (i.e 400 x 200mm and 300 x 200 mm)...^IFV

I just purchased this item. I am concerned about user comments concerning burn-in issues. Is this issue a real one? If so, how do I manage to resolve it?

Asked by: JaimeK
OLED is a self-emissive technology, which brings many significant benefits to image quality and performance. As with any self-emitting display, it is possible for users of OLED TVs to experience temporary image retention under certain conditions, such as when displaying a static image on the screen for a long time. Even so, this phenomenon is rare under ordinary viewing conditions and is not a malfunction. OLED TV offers a function called Pixel Refresher, which helps to prevent temporary image retention. This function can be operated automatically or manually. The auto feature will activate when the TV power is turned off, but only after the TV has been turned on for a cumulated total of four (4) hours or more, which need not be consecutive. Pixel Refresher will automatically run for several minutes after the screen is turned off. (Please note that failure to supply the AC power or disconnecting the power cord from the outlet will disable the auto feature.) In addition to Pixel Refresher, there are other functions available for protecting the screen from image retention. For example, a function that automatically reduces the screen brightness level, in part or in whole, will be activated when a static image is displayed uninterrupted on the screen. Once the static image disappears, the brightness level will automatically return to the previous level. This function is an intended function, and not a malfunction. ^CP

Made in where ? As some from mexico is that right ?

Asked by: Smarty429
LG is an international company with factories worldwide. TVs might be manufactured in any of those countries that we have a factory in, or parts for the TV may come from various factories and the TV be assembled in a different country. Depending on which distributor a retailer uses, there is no way to determine which country the TV is is distributed from. The only way to know where a particular set of the LG B8PUA 4K HDR Smart OLED TV w/ AI ThinQ® - 55" Class (54.6" Diag), Model # OLED55B8PUA is manufactured or assembled is by looking at the nameplate that is attached on the back of the TV that will show its Date of Manufacture, Country of Manufacture or Country of Assembly. The carton that the TV is shipped in will also show the Country of Manufacture/Country of Assembly...^IFV
