Long lasting battery and good suction
I bought this to keep up with the grit that my toddler and two cats spread daily through the house. I couldn't put my newborn down for tummy time despite sweeping my house (all vinyl no carpet) everyday. This vacuum picks up the fine dust and give it a boost and it'll pick up cat kibble and other larger food and dirt chunks my toddler spreads around. Also it is not that loud. I use during nap time no problem. I also love that I can easily vacuum out the car too. The battery lasts long enough to vacuum most/if not all of my house. So I love the second battery for a day that take deep cleaning dive or decide to vacuum the house and my car.

Perfect for carpet and hardwood floors!
We purchased this vacuum last August when we moved into a new home because there was so much hardwood flooring. This cleans all the dirt tracked in by my kids beautifully! Cat hair is also no challenge to this system! It’s portable, easy to use and it’s not too heavy for stair cleaning. Great to use in the car for quick clean up!

Is power universal nozzle and power floor nozzle the same nozzle or different nozzle? Does a916bm comes with power floor nozzle?
Power Universal Nozzle and Power Floor Nozzle are different nozzles. The owner's manual for LG CordZero™ A9 Cordless Stick Vacuum, Model # A916BM, and the specifications on our product detail page list the Power Floor Nozzle and the Power Floor Nozzle as included accessories with the unit. The Universal Nozzle is used for cleaning carpets and rugs. If used on hard flooring, this nozzle will be noisy. I purchased LG cord zero for my laminate floors model #A916BM serial#109vCMR1T49. Do I use the universal w/brush head or without? If without how do I disengage brush ?
All of the attachments for the LG CordZero™ A9 Cordless Stick Vacuum, Model # A916BM, including the Universal Nozzle have a release button on them that has to be pressed to remove them (see the illustrated diagram in the OPERATION section on page 16 in your owner's manual)...^Ivan

How/why would LG recommend washing the paper HEPA filter on top of the CordZero models in water? HEPA is 0.22 microns and easily collapsed. Maybe isn't paper but sure looks like it. BTW great product! Picks up more pet hair than Dyson DC-17 Animal.
The instructions in our owner's manual for the LG CordZero™ A9 Cordless Stick Vacuum, Model # A916BM advise you to wash the Cyclonic Mesh Filter under running water then allow it to dry completely in a well-ventilated area out of direct sunlight for at least 24 hours before reassembling it and to clean the pre-filter and exhaust filter regularly and wash them in running water at least once a month to maintain the optimum suction power of the appliance. The frequency of cleaning depends on where and how often you use the product. Clean the filters more frequently if the appliance is used
regularly or in areas with a lot of dust. The difference between a HEPA filter and other filters is that HEPA filters are made of thin fibers of glass and contain some level of activated carbon-based material and they can be washed with warm or cold water and allowed to dry if your model specifically states that water cleaning is safe...^Ivan
