Love it!
This washer/dryer combo is very easy to use and has many fantastic features. Outside of being highly space saving, the barrels of each washer/dryer are very spacious. Clothes come out very clean with minimal laundry soap used...highly, highly recommend!

Poor product support so f from
Waiting for LG to take responsibility
We purchased the LG Washtower on April 7, and the retailer installed on April 13, 2023. The washer makes a loud screeching sound every time the tub changes direction. Contacted retailer who referred us back to LG. Spoke to numerous LG representatives over several weeks/ Per one LG representative, sent videos showing washer noise. Never hear back. The retailer has decided to do an exchange.

If the washer or the dryer quit working, do you have to replace both?
Hello there TanyaJ. If one of the components break down beyond repair, the whole unit would have to be replaced -- which is similar to stacked sets. Will stacked, if, say, the washer breaks down beyond repair after a few years, you probably couldn't find the exact same washer to replace it, so you would need to replace both units. `Jai.
