What people are saying

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible Simply doesn't clean clothes. Pretreated stains that used to come out, now require 2-3 washes. We follow the recommendations I asked people in our area on the Nextdoor social media site. HE comments were overwhelming negative for all HE design washers without a central agitator. The most common recommendation was go back to central agitator. This design is a bust. Put the central agitator back.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Clothes not clean My kids wear a lot of dri fit clothes that I was by themselves. All the black sweatshirts and sweatpants come out with white residue. I often have to wash at least 2 times. These clothes aren’t even that dirty. I don’t understand. I try to run empty cycle or use a cleaner nothing seems to work. Any ideas ?? Only like 2 years old but don’t know how much longer I can take this.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Biggest Mistake Ever We have owned this washer for under two years. At first I thought maybe even though its a large capacity washer we were adding to many items. Nope it does it not clean our clothes, I have actually put clothes in the washer and part of the load comes out dry and still dirty. Just resently I noticed a grinding sound when the washer is ending the cycle. Wonder what thats going to cost to fix. Thinking it's time to scrap the washer and just buy a new one. Won't be a LG I can promise you that.

My washer is not getting my clothes clean regardless of load levels or cycles. Switched from different HE detergents and no change. Appears there is very little agitation even with Heavy duty cycle. Water level is good. Help?

I notice in the owners manual on page 20 it’s states under “liquid bleach compartment” that “powdered or liquid color-safe bleach will not dispense properly” from the liquid bleach compartment. Is there a way to use color-safe bleach with thIs washer?

Asked by: jimmyg1076
Hello, as per page 21, point 3: "pour it directly into the tub before adding the laundry." ^AC
