Rated 1 out of 5 by from junk it Received as Christmas present. It did not work. Contacted warranty department, tried to explain situation, was informed I needed receipt. I explained this was a blind exchange and was not aware of who had purchased it. Agent supplied me with phone number and informed me I would be responsible for any charges. I phoned that shop and was told that they only repaired television sets. They at least apologized for LG. I finally, after two weeks sent it to the trash.
