Smile With LG Campaign

Terms & Conditions:

  1. The Campaign is organized by LG Electronics S.A. (Pty) Ltd (the “Promoter”) and is open to anyone resident in the Republic of South Africa and over the age of 18 (Eighteen) who purchases an LG Television, Audio, Home Theatre, Air Conditioners or Home Appliance/s as per Clause 3 below (“products”) from participating stores such as Makro, Game, Dion Wired, Hirsch’s, Tafelberg Furnishers, Kloppers, Incredible Connections, P&G, Artic, AJR, Save Hyper, Metro, Diamond Corner, The Digital Experience, New World, Rafi, Masons, Stax, Sounds Great .

  2. The Campaign starts on 1st September 2017 and ends on 31st December 2017 inclusive (“Campaign Period”). In order to participate in the Campaign, the participant is required to purchase participating LG products and LG Electronics as per Clause 3 below.

  3. LG Electronics will donate R100 (One Hundred Rand) to the Smile Foundation on the purchase of any participating LG Electronics model.

  4. LG reserves the right to amend, cancel, terminate or alter this Campaign immediately and without notice. In such event all participants hereby waive any rights which they may have against LG and acknowledge that they will have no recourse or claim of any nature whatsoever against LG.

  1. LG may in their sole discretion amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice, and such amendments shall be deemed to have taken effect from the date of publication of the revised Terms and Conditions on the LG’s website at The onus rests on the participant to constantly check the website for updates to the Terms and Conditions

  2. Neither LG nor any other person or party associated with this Campaign, their associated companies, agents, contractors and sponsors and any of its personnel involved in this Campaign, shall be liable whatsoever for any loss, costs, expenses or damage incurred or suffered (including but not limited to direct or indirect or consequential loss), death or personal injury suffered or sustained arising from participation in this Campaign.

  3. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the Campaign shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
