What can I do when LG Store and Sign-in icon disappear from screen?
Symptom
■ LG Store (Smart World) and sign-in icon suddenly disappear screen.
(cf. For countries that 3D World is serviced, 3D World also disappears.)
Cause
■ If country settings on the Smart TV is Auto instead of Manual, Others are automatically selected (From its previous settings).
When internet service provider changes, IP address also changes, making LG Store (LG Smart World or LG Apps)
and the sign-in icon to disappear from the Home screen.
(Applicable platforms: All LG Smart TV platforms )
How to fix
■ If your country setting is Auto, change it to Manual and select a country accordingly.
