DE Error
Cause
If a lid is bent, door does not close well. This is how DE error code occurs.
Also, if a rubber packing is damaged, the lid may not close well, and this can cause the error.
Try not to damage ratch of door. If door is dropped downward, slightly lift the door upward, and close it.
Once the lid is correctly closed, your machine will work well.
Troubleshooting
If no change is made even after you firmly close the lid 2-3 times, clean the surrounding of rubber gasket
and close the lid again.
(if no change is made, the machine must be inspected by a technician.)
