I wouldnt recommend this product
Bad experience and not worth the hype
I bought this microwave yesterday as the old one I’ve draws more energy and I want to save my inverter energy system hence the purchase of this microwave. It is quite unfortunate that it was a waste of money since I’ve the same issues as the regular microwave.

This microwave has no characteristics to be classified as energy saving.

WORST MICROWAVE EVER
I would rate this microwave 0 if I could. Bought it for my business but didn't use it until my old microwave (which I'd had for more than 7 years) packed up last year. Apart from the uneven heating ( it took much longer than i'm used to to heat up stuff), it didn't last a year! I hope they've recalled this product - such a waste of money...

Poor service
I bought this microvawe about 3 years ago and last week it just stopped working, it goes on and counts down the time and everything but it doesnt heat anything up. Now if I want to repair it at LG I have to pay the new parts and the labour?? The price is almost the same as a new microvawe. How does that work??? It has a 10 year warranty???

The major job of the microwave is performed through heat. Now you are letting us know that the part that responsible for heating is not on warranty. What us then is the warranty?
