LG Styler: Why is water leaking onto the floor?

Steam from the Styler may condense into water droplets inside the unit.

Try this

There very little water on the floor.
It’s natural that there are water droplets inside the Styler. Wipe the inside of the Styler after each use or leave the Styler door open to dry the inside.
Water droplets are collected in the drip tray installed at the bottom of the Styler.  There is no need to be concerned about this as it will dry on its own.

There are some water on the floor.
If you open the Styler when steam is being sprayed, the steam will meet the outside air and condense into water droplets, causing water to drip on the floor.
Do not open the Styler when it is in operation, as this may lead to poor performance.
There is an excessive amount of water on the floor.

→ Is the filter clogged or is the grill upside down?

Clean the filter. Place the grill in the correct position. (The hole should be on the right)

→ Is the rubber gasket on the door torn or are there any clothes stuck in the door?

The drying performance will deteriorate if there is a gap between the main body and the door.
If the rubber gasket is torn, please request a service.
