Find the review page for your product.

Navigate to the product page of the model which you own in order to leave a review. The easiest way to do this is to enter your model number into the search box. The search box is located in the upper left corner and looks like this:

Once on the product page of your model that you own, click on the tab across the top that says “Reviews” (see below)


Within the “Reviews”, tab click the “Write your own review” button in order to log in to write a review.

Log in to your account.

After clicking on “Write your own review”, you’ll need to log in to your account. If this is your first time leaving a product review on our site, you will first need to register in order to review your product. If you have not done so already, please register here.

***Please note - even if you have received an email from LG, you must first register for an account on LG.com in order to leave a review. A newsletter subscription or previous product registration does not ensure an account necessary to leave a review.***

Leave a review.

After logging in successfully, you will see a review form for your LG product. Rate your product on its features, design, performance and value. Does it meet your expectations? Would you recommend it to others? We’d love to hear your thoughts.

If it is your first time registering, you will begin at the MyLG homepage (mobile). In order to review the product that you own, please use the steps above to navigate to the product page of the model that you own and click the “Reviews” tab across the top to review your product.
