I dropped my phone in water. What should I do?

            1. If it is difficult for you to visit a service center, please dry your phone for a day in a well-ventilated place.

                Avoid direct sunlight.

            2. As water can remain inside after drying, please do not turn on the phone.

            3. Even though the phone appears to function normally, it may corrode due to water. 
                Please visit the nearest service center as soon as possible for a technical assistance.

             1. Please remove the battery from your phone and clean in running water for 1-3 minutes to wash away dirt and salt. 

                 Visit the nearest service center for a technical assistance.

             2. If it is difficult for you to visit the service center, please dry the phone for a day in a well-ventilated place.

                 Avoid direct sunlight.

             3. As water can remain inside after drying, please do not turn on the phone.

             4. Even though the phone appears to function normally, its main board may corrode fast

                 due to salt in seawater, soda, or soup. 
                 Please visit the nearest service center as soon as possible for a technical assistance.

 

             ● Caution

 

             1. Do not use a hair dryer to dry your phone to avoid further damage.

             2. Do not turn on the phone after drying to prevent a hardware damage or data loss.

                 Please visit the service center nearest you for a technical assistance.
