 - USB port does not detect devices.

 

Checkpoint

 - Check if devices are connected with A-B type USB 3.0 cable.

 

How to fix

 - Use A-B type USB 3.0 cable provided to connect PC and monitor.
    USB 2.0 cable cannot be used an alternative to USB 3.0.

   Use A-B type USB 3.0 cable provided to connect PC and monitor.
