This Try and Buy Home Demonstration (Home Demo) offer is being provided by LG Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. (LGEIL) on specific products in specific cities only.
Home Demo offer is applicable only within Municipal Limits. The Home Demo shall be maximum for a period of one week.
Participation in the above home demo offer is voluntary and free of cost. The Free Demo shall be subject to availability of the Demo Product at particular city and LGEIL shall have sole discretion to offer Free Demonstration and the customer shall have no right in this regard. The decision of LGEIL shall final and binding when providing the Home Demo offer to the customers.
To avail this offer the Customer has to go through the verification process of LGEIL and the customer shall be required to sign a consent letter with LGEIL. The Customer shall be eligible to avail the offer only after signing of the Consent letter.
In case the customer is unable to avail the home demo offer due to any reason whatsoever but is interested in utilizing the said offer, LGEIL team can connect with the customer through Video Calling after taking prior permission with them through message. An OTP shall be sent to the customer on the mobile number provided by customer. Only upon entering and submission of the OTP received, the customer can avail the facility of video calling Home Demo offer.
LGEIL reserves the right to modify, alter or withdraw this offer at any point of time without any prior notice or justification to any person or third party. No communication in this regards shall be entertained.
Disputes, if any, shall be adjudicated by the courts at New Delhi alone, irrespective of the place of where the cause of action arose.
