Imagine your music flowing everywhere across your home seamlessly from the palm of your hand.

  • Please press CTRL+F to search Keyword.
  •  After Music Library synchronization, the file is not displayed immediately.

    Musicflow sequentially searches the entire songs in DLNA server which can take a while. Please be patient.
    As soon as the songs are found, they will be shown in Music Library.

    ▶ Genre search or mood theme recommendation may be unusuable until the synchronization is completed,
    because this analysis takes a little more time.
    ▶ For mood analysis, speaker should be connected to internet accessible network.
    If update is not done after waiting, check progress status in [Settings]>[Music Library]>[Sync] menu.

  •  Can I set the music library in Windows Media Player of Windows 7?

    It can compose music library using media streaming on Windows Media Player.
    To check the sound source on the app, follow the instruction below.

    1. Run Windows Media Player.
    2. Select [Stream] tap, and select [Turn on the media streaming] tap.
        Media streaming option window appears.
    3. Select [Turn on the media streaming] tap.
    4. Select the speaker in the device list, and select [Allow] tap.

  •  Can I use Airplay on the speakers?

    Speakers does not support Airplay.

  •  Can I use it in bathroom?

    Since the humidity is high in a bathroom, use of the speaker in the bathroom may cause failure of the electronic product.
    So use in the bathroom is not recommended.

  •  Can I turn off the LED? (when the speaker is turned off but its LED is still on)

    You can turn off the LED in the Music Flow Player application.
    1. Run the Music Flow Player application on your smart device.
    2. Select [Settings] > [Speaker]. Connected speakers are listed.
    3. Select a speaker on the list.
    4. Select the speaker and tab the switch in the right side of [Speaker LED]. The LED of the speaker is now turned off.

  •  Can I use the speaker for the purpose of the router?

    Speakers use a wireless signal only to add the speakers.
    It can not be used as a router by connecting the other devices.

  •  Can I play music stored in Cloud in the speaker?

    It does not support the playback of the music stored in Cloud.
    Please refer to streaming services for streaming online music

  •  Can I use the streaming service in the PC software?

    It does not support streaming service on the Music Flow Player software installed on the PC.

  •  Does it support the Podcasts in the speaker?

    Podcasts cannot be directly streamed from your MUSICFlow player application. However if you have downloaded a podcast to any of
    your sharing folders you will be able to playback the file.

  •  DLNA server is not displayed.

    If the DLNA server is not shown in your [Music Library] list even after the server has been set up check the following categories.
    1. Check if DLNA server or PC Software sharing folder is designated.
    2. Sharing may have been blocked, so check DLNA server program setting or firewall setting.
    3. If it is still not shown, turn off and start DLNA server again.
    4. If it is still not shown, turn off and on the speaker, and try again.

  •  Group Play does not work even after installation bridge(R1) with wired connection.

    Follow the below picture, add bridge(R1) using a cable, then reset all speakers to reinstall.


    How to reset speaker
    If you press and hold “ADD []” button until Beep
    sounds are heard twice, factory initialization is performed.

    ▶ For sound bar, "RESET" is displayed in the display window.

  •  How can I connect PORTABLE IN?

    You can listen to music stored in the smart device using portable in connection. (except for NP8340)

    1. Change the mode of the speaker to Portable in mode. The portable status LED blinks in white color for soundbar,
        and white colored LED will be turned on for speakers
    (NP8540, NP8740, NP8350)
    2. Connect the speaker and smart device using a portable cable.
        When the device is connected, the portable status LED stops blinking. (Sound Bar)
        When the device is connected, white colored LED is stay on. (NP8540, NP8740, NP8350)
    3. Play the music on the connected device.

    Check the below if there is no output from the speakers
    - Check whether white LED stay on.
    - Check the volume level of the connected device or the speakers.
    - When your PC is connected to the speaker, check the audio output settings on your PC. (Refer to instructions of your PC)

  •  How can I connect via Bluetooth?

    You can listen to music stored in the smart device using Blutooth connection.

    1. Before starting Bluetooth pairing, check if smart device Bluetooth setting is ON.
    2. Press “F” or “FUNC” button on a speaker to change the mode to Bluetooth mode. The Bluetooth status LED blinks in white color.
    3. Open Bluetooth setting on your device. When searching is completed, it shows the list of pairable devices.

  •  How can I install speakers when my router has been changed or I have moved?

    1. If you previously used all of the speakers through wireless connection mode, you need to re-install all of the speakers.

    2. If you previously connected a speaker with a cable and added other speakers, you can connect one of the speakers with a cable and turn
        on the power of other speakers for automatic network connection.

    If automatic network connection is not made even if you have turned on the speaker and waited for 1 minute standby time,
    reset and re-install the speakers according to the guide of Music Flow Player application.
    If it keeps failing, turn off and on again the speaker connected by the cable, and try again.

  •  How can I set speaker output to Dolby digital 5.1 sound from Xbox?

    Multi-room sound bar can output Dolby Digital 5.1 audio from Xbox using digital audio connection.
    Other multi-room speaker products do not support digital audio out.

    Set your Xbox output to Dolby Digital 5.1 audio in the setup menu.
    Refer to the instructions of the Xbox for more detailed information.

    ▶ For the HDMI connection, connect the HDMI cable to the HDMI IN port on the sound bar.

  •  How can I use seamless play?

    First make sure NFC has been activated on your music streaming device.
    After pressing the function key on the soundbars, or the main button on the speakers to wake up from network standby mode,
    then tap your NPC enabled device on the speaker, and the playlist will continue to play on that speaker.

  •  How can I get music recommendations?

    Four kinds of music recommendations are offered as below on the top of the home screen.

    Songs in your smart device are randomly recommended.
    Recommendations are made based on the genres and the artists selected by the user.
    Songs are randomly recommended by classifying the tempo of the songs into Fast/Medium/Slow
    Songs similar to the sound source of Most Played/Favorite are recommended.

    ▶ You can set the preferred genre and today’s mood to get recommendations in Settings > General > Music Curation.
    ▶ If the network connection has not been made and there is no music in your smart device, the Music recommendations are not available.

  •  How does mood station operate?

    The moods are classified to 8 types and various themes are classified to 7 types so that the songs are classified to a total of 15 mood
    themes for the user to be able to listen to the selected mood theme songs continuously.

    ▶ You can set the preferred genre and today’s mood in Settings > General > Music Curation.
    ▶ To display music on each mood theme, speaker installation and Music library sync must be done .

    How to sync music library periodically
    1) Run the Music Flow Player application on your smart device.
    2) Select [Settings] > [Music Library].
    3) Tab the switch in the right side of [Sync Schedule].
    4) Set the desired day of week / time on bottom of [Sync Schedule].
    5) Select [OK] to complete settings.

  •  How can I connect NAS?

    Activate NAS DLNA server function and designate shared folder.
    NAS DLNA server activation, refer to the NAS server manual.

    After activating NAS DLNA server, you can make index of the songs in the server and use mood station by analyzing the songs in
    [Settings] > [Music Library].

    ▶ The analysis takes a certain time, and after completing the analysis, you can listen to the songs of album/artist/title/genre,
        etc. category from [Music Library].
    ▶ You need to activate DLNA server function in the NAS setting menu. To play music stored in NAS, NAS should be always ON.

  •  How to install the speakers (1/2) ?

    1. Wired network connection
      1) Please wire at least 1 speaker to your router
      2) Run the Music Flow Player application in your smart device.
          Open the MusicFlow player application on your smart device. Select [] and go to [Connected Speakers]
      3) Follow guide on MusciFlow Application

  •  How to install the speakers (2/2) ?

    1. Wireless network connection
    If you prefer to install the speaker wirelessly, please follow the guide on the MusicFlow Player application.
    (If the router specification is set as 802.11ac, change it to 802.11n mode. For router setting, refer to the router Manual)

    1) Run the Music Flow Player application in your smart device.
       Open the MusicFlow player application on your smart device. Select [] and go to [Connected Speakers]

    2) Install your speakers wirelessly according to the guide on the Music Flow Player application.

  •  How to install additional speakers ?

    Install additional speakers

    1) Open the MusicFlow player application on your smart device.
    Select [] and go to [Connected Speakers] to confirm that at least 1 speaker has been successfully installed
    2) Select [] to start install guide → press [] to add more speakers
    3) Follow the guide on the MusicFlow Player application



    If you fail installing additional speakers, check the below.

    1. If the speaker is placed too far from your router, move the speaker near to your router.
    2. Reset your speaker before installing additional speakers.

  •  How can I install speakers with the PC or MAC software downloaded from website?

    You can install speakers by not only application on your smart device but also PC software downloaded from website.
    Nero MediaHome 4 Essentials is a software for sharing video, audio and photo files stored on your
    Mac to this speaker as a digital media server. Nero MediaHome4 does not support speaker install operations.

    To install speakers by PC software downloaded from website. (Windows only)
    1. Run Music Flow Player application on your PC.
    2. Click the red boxed part on the main screen or [] on the [Setting] menu.
    Speaker connection menu or Speaker add menu appears.
    3. Install your speakers according to the guide.

  •  How to connect the speakers when the router is more than 2?

    Each speaker can be grouped by connecting different router, but each group of speakers operates separately.
    When A router is connected A speaker and B router is connect B speaker,
    A speaker operates only if the smart device or pc is connected to A router.

  •  How can I set the treble / mid / bass for each speakers when configuring the surround channels?

    When setting the surround channels, it does not support the treble / mid / bass settings for each speaker.

  •  How can I random play?

    You can set the random mode by clicking icon on the playback screen of application.


    ※ If you set the random play, playback end after playing all the songs in the playlist.
    ※ If you set both one track repeat and random, one track repeat works.

  •  How can I use Deezer?

    You need an account to use Deezer. For account related inquiries, contact Deezer.

    Go to [Setting] > [Account Management] > [Deezer] in Music Flow Player application. If you completed the log-in Music Flow Player application,
    you can enjoy the service in [Streaming Service] > [Deezer]

  •  How can I use HomeChat?

    After HomeChat device registration, you can use HomeChat.

    Each of the family members can register and use one speaker in HomeChat, and one person can register several speakers.

    ▶ For more details, refer to http://www.lghomechat.com.
    ▶ When you perform factory initialization of the speaker, HomeChat device deregistration procedure will be carried out for all users
        who registered the corresponding devices at the time when the speaker is connected to the network after initialization
        of the speaker setting.

  •  How can I use Seamless Play?

    1. Using the NFC tag (H3/NP8340, H5/NP8540, H7/NP8740, HS6/LAS650M)
      How to play smart device's music on your speaker :
      Place the smart device near the NFC tag on the speaker, while the smart device Music Flow Player is playing music.
      Then music from the Music Flow Player application will automatically play through the speaker.
      How to play the music from one speaker through another speaker:
      Put the smart device on the NFC tag of another speaker while a speaker is playing music.
      The music will be played from that speaker.

        * Seamless Play by NFC tag works only for Android phones, and some Android Phones may not support NFC.

    2. Using [Auto Music Play]
      How to play smart device's music through the speaker:
      If your smart device supports Bluetooth function, turn on the [Auto Music Play] option in the [Advanced settings] menu on the
      music flow application then place your smart device close enough to the speaker. Music will be played from the speakers.
      How to play the music from one speaker through another speaker:
      While a speaker is playing music, put the smart device close to another speaker. The music will be played.

        * Bluetooth BLE : It is available in version 4.3 (or later) of Android and version 7.1.1 (or later) of iOS
          (Depending on the smart device, it may not work.)
        * If it does not operate even though the smart device is close enough to the speaker,
          please adjust [Advanced Settings > Sensitivity Settings]

    ▶ It can operate only if Music Flow Player application is displayed on the screen.

  •  How can I change sound effect? (1/2)

    You can change Music Flow product sound effect mode through Music Flow Player application.
    ▶ The detailed categories of sound effect mode may differ for each sound source type and sound effect.

    1. In Music Flow Player application, select the sound effect button.
    2. Sound effect popup window will appear, and you can change sound effect using < or >.

  •  How can I change sound effect? (2/2)

    Sound effect mode
    1. Standard : No sound effect
    2. Bass : It reinforces high sound, low sound, and surround effect during the play.
    3. Flat : All sound ranges becomes uniform.
    4. Boost : It reinforces medium sound range.
    5. Treble/Bass : It reinforces high/low sound.
    6. User EQ : Sound effect is manually controlled.

    ▶ Supportable sound effect varies depending on the model.

  •  How can I initialize speaker?

    Network initialization
    If you press and hold [] button until Beep sound is heard once, the network related settings is initialized.
    ▶ For sound bar, "DISABLE“ is displayed in the display window and the white LED is blinking.
    ▶ The network connection information is deleted.

    Factory initialization
    If you press and hold [] button until Beep sounds are heard twice, factory initialization is performed.
    ▶ For sound bar, "RESET" is displayed in the display window afterwards the speaker is turned off and on again.
    ▶ The network connection information and user setting information is deleted.

  •  HomeChat device cannot be registered

    Smart device requirements
    . Android : 4.0 Icecream sandwich(at least 1GB Memory needed)
    . iOS : iOS7 (or later)

    1. For HomeChat device registration, Music Flow Player application needs to be installed to the mobile device to use HomeChat and
        Speakers should be registered through this Music Flow Player application.
    2. The mobile device used for HomeChat device registration should be connected to the same network with speakers.
    3. Check if the speaker to register HomeChat is shown in the connected speaker list in Music Flow Player application.
    4. Check if the speaker firmware version is the latest one.
    5. Check if router is connected to external network.
    6. If speaker is installed wirelessly and the wireless network environment of the installed location is not good,
        search for the speaker to register may fail. In such case, try again.

  •  How can I listen to music in the Music Flow Player application?

    You can listen to music in several ways as follows.
    1. Select and play the recommended songs at the top of the home screen according to the user's taste
    2. Select and play Favorites/Timeline/Most Played/My Playlists at the bottom of the home screen.
    3. Press [My Phone] in main menu to play songs in your device.
    4. Press [Mood Station] in main menu to play selected songs of the selected mood theme.
    5. Press Music Library to play song in DLNA server indexed inside the speaker.
    6. Press [Streaming Services] to play online Streaming contents.

  •  How can I listen to music stored in the PC using the PC software downloaded from homepage?

    Music Flow PC software (for Windows)
    1. Double-click the “Music Flow PC Software” icon.
    2. Click [] icon in the upper-right-hand corner of the screen. The setting menu appears.
    3. On the setting menu, click [] icon on the left to go to the sharing file menu.
    4. On the sharing file menu, Click [] icon to open the [Browse Folder] window.
    5. Select the folder containing the files you want to share. The selected folder is added to the list of shared folders.

    Nero Media Home 4 (for Mac OS)
    1. Double-click the “Nero MediaHome 4 Essentials” icon.
    2. Click [Shares] icon on the left.
    3. Click [Local Folders] tab on the [Shares] screen.
    4. Click [Add] icon to open the [Browse Folder] window.
    5. Select the folder containing the files you want to share. The selected folder is added to the list of shared folders.
    6. Click [Start Server] icon to start the server.

    After sharing on your PC/Mac is done, shared music can be seen in the [Music Library] on Music Flow application.

    ▶ If you are using other media server such as NAS, you need to enable DLNA server function on the setting menu of the media server.

  •  How can I update Music Library?

    [Music Library] indexes songs from DLNA server which is connected to the same network with the speaker then
    makes library to the speaker and analyzes the mood. When you install the application to your smart devise and connect to the network,
    it automatically searches nearby DLNA server and add the songs.

    Music Library update/delete
    Afterwards, you can select DLNA server to update/delete each server in [Settings] > [Music Library] > [Sync].

    ▶ For mood analysis, an internet accessible network should be connected to the speaker.
    ▶ Music Library update of an iOS device is available on the relevant device.

  •  How can I update Music Library automatically?

    Sync schedule
    Set the desired day of week/time and set Sync Schedule ON for periodical update, in [Settings] > [Music Library].
    If you designate a day of week, it is continuously repeated on the corresponding day of week, and if you do not designate day of week,
    it is played only once at the designated time.
    In such case, the music file saved in the server, is added or deleted, you should sync Music Library to see the file properly appears on
    Music Flow Player application.

    You can set it to sync periodically in setting.
    Run Music Flow Player application.
    Tap [Settings] > [Music Library] buttons.
    Move the switch on the right of [Sync schedule] to right to turn on
    Tap schedule time on the bottom of [Sync schedule]
    Tap [OK] after setting the time and the day of week. It starts updating at the designated time.

    ▶ To play the song shared from DLNA through the speaker, you need to set DLNA server in running mode.
    ▶ Because database is being updated while the Music Library update, genre search and mood station operation may be unstable.
    ▶ If the song selected in Music Library is not played because the network or DLNA server environment is changed. Update Music Library again.
    ▶ A faster search is possible if you share only the music folder in the server.

  •  How can I use Spotify?

    LG Music Flow Speaker supports Spotify Connect provided by Spotify.
    Spotify Services use the Spotify application in conjunction with LG Musicflow to connect to your speaker.

    If you ungroup the group, all of the speakers are displayed again, and you can enjoy the music using individual speakers.
    Spotify Connect can be activated and used with Music Flow Speaker in Spotify application when you subscribe as Premium User.

    If Music Flow speaker is in the network composed by the same router, Spotify application Speaker shape Icon is changed,
    and when you press this Icon, you can check and select the speakers in the same network.
    (When the speaker is selected, the icon is changed to green.)

    After the connecting Spotify application and the speaker, you can utilize the basic controls also from Music Flow Player application.
    (It supports Play/Pause/Forward Skip/Backward Skip/Volume Control, etc., and other functions can be directly operated and used from
    Spotify application.)

    Group Play is also supported with Spotify Connect method, and the unique functions of Music Flow Speaker such as Group setting
    can be set through Music Flow Player application. (Volume control of the speakers set as a group can also be available from Spotify application.)
    If you set the speakers as a group in Music Flow Player application, only Master speaker name is displayed in Spotify application,
    but if you select and operate a speaker, you can enjoy Group Play function through the speakers set as the group along with the selected speaker.

  •  How can I use iHeartRadio?

    To use iHeartRadio, you need an account. For account related inquiries, contact iHeartRadio.

    Go to [Setting] > [Account Management] > [iHeartRadio] in Music Flow Player application.
    If you completed the log-in Music Flow Player application, you can enjoy the service in [Streaming Service] > [iHeartRadio]

  •  How can I use Tune In?

    Tunein allows you to enjoy the radio service without an account.
    Go to [Streaming Service] > [Tunein] menu in Music Flow Player application to enjoy the service.
    If you have a Tunin account, you can also use Favorite synchronization function,
    you can log in at [Setting] > [Account management] > [Tunein] in Music Flow Player.

  •  How can I use Napster?

    You need an account to use Napster. For account related inquiries, contact Napster.

    Go to [Setting ] > [Account Management] > [Napster] in Music Flow Player application.
    If you completed the log-in Music Flow Player application,
    you can enjoy the service in [Streaming Service] > [Napster]

  •  How can I set the wireless network security settings?

    Check below on the router setting. (For router setting, refer to the router manual.)
    1. Operation mode
         - For a router supporting 802.11ac, set to 802.11n / 802.11ac mixed mode that supports 802.11n also, or set to 802.11n only mode.
         - It is not recommended to use 802.11b mode or 802.11g mode.

    2. Encryption Type
         - Set to the open mode or AES mode. WEP or TKIP mode in Wi-Fi performance is inferior to OPEN / AES.

    3. Operation of DHCP server
         - To use the speaker, DHCP server must be in working status.
           (If it operates in WDS (repeater) mode using two routers, only one router's DHCP server of them works.)

    4. Etc.
        - If the router is available to select wireless isolation function, disable the function.
        - If the router has a limit on the number of the connectable device, set the number big enough.
        - The wired port that forwarding is set or designated for a IPTV cannot be connected to the speaker.

  •  How can I set the firewall of Windows 8 to use the speaker?

    If you install LG Music Flow Player software for Windows downloaded from homepage on your PC,
    the firewall of private or public network in use is excluded automatically.

  •  How can I use the speaker by connecting wideband router?

    Speakers operates at 20MHz band.
    Therefore you must set the router to the mode supporting 20MHz.
    (MIXED mode or 20MHz only)
    On mixed mode can be used with the product using 40 MHz or more of the bands.

    Speakers supports 802.11a/b/g/n.
    Set 802.11ac to 802.11n only mode or mixed mode supporting 802.11n.
    LG speaker supports 2.4GHz and 5GHz channel.
    It is recommended to use the 5GHz, considering the wireless interference from other electrical appliances or obstacles at 2.4GHz.

  •  How can I set the alarm?

    Add the alarm
    1. Run Music Flow Player application.
    2. Tap [Settings] > [Alarm/Sleep Timer] > [Alarm].
    3. Tap [] . Alarm setting screen appears.
    4. Set the alarm items such as time of day, day of week, speakers, alarm sound, alarm duration, shuffle, volume.
    5. Tap [Set]. Designated speaker plays the music at a set time.
    If the alarm sound is from the the playlist in the devices turned off, default alarm sound is played.

    Edit the alarm
    1. Run Music Flow Player application.
    2. Tap [Settings] > [Alarm/Sleep Timer] > [Alarm].
    3. Tap the alarm to edit in the alarm list
    4. Edit the alarm items such as time of day, day of week, speakers, alarm sound, alarm duration, shuffle, volume.
    5. Tap [Set] to complete.

    Delete the alarm
    1. Tap [] on the alarm list screen.
    2. Select the alarm to delete.
    3. Tap [] and [Delete] button to delete the alarm.In iOS application, you can delete the alarm by dragging the desired alarm to the right and tapping [X].

  •  How can I use the playlist?

    You can create playlists and play the music stored on music library or my smart device.

    To add a song to a playlist
    1. Run Music Flow Player application.
    2. Tap [My Phone] or [Music Library]. The stored music files are displayed.
    3. Select [] button on the right of the song to add to the playlist and select [Add to playlist].
    4. Tap the desired playlist. sound is added to the playlist.
    To add the music on the new playlist, tap [Make a new Playlist] and enter the name for playlist.

    To delete a song in a playlist
    1. Run Music Flow Player application.
    2. Select [My Playlists] tap.
    3. Select the playlist containing the song to delete.
    4. Select [] button on the right of the song to delete, and select [Remove from playlist].
    That song is deleted on the playlist.

    To delete the playlist
    1. Run Music Flow Player application.
    2. Select [My Playlists]
    3. Select [] button on the right of the playlist to delete, and select [Delete].
    That playlist is deleted.

  •  How can I control playback of speaker from lock screen of my phone?

    You can control the playback of speaker from the lock screen of smart devices.
    You need to enabled or disabled on the setting menu on Music Flow Player application.

    1. Run Music Flow Player application.
    2. Tap [Settings] > [General].
    3. Move [Lock Screen Settings] switch to the right and turn on.
    You can control the speaker playback from lock screen of smart device,

  •  How can I set the speaker not to be turned off automatically?

    The speakers has been designed to turn off automatically to save power consumption.

    Going out : stops playing.

    The set speakers are the speakers selected from the speaker list displayed when you go to Master control in the setting of the manager web.
    To log in manager web, type ‘setting’ in the chatting window and click the displayed link.

    There are mainly two reasons that a song in the playlist cannot be played.

    1. When DMS(Digital Media Server) disappears
    It is the case that DMS is turned off or network connection has a problem. Turn on DMS and check if DMS is properly
    connected to the network.

    2. If DMS IP is changed or file location within DMS is changed
    You need library synchronization because sound source location is changed.
    You can perform library synchronization in [Setting] > [Music library] > [Synchronization].

    A music file contains metadata such as album, track, genre, title.

    Music Flow Player application can classify the song by title, genre, album, artist, etc. and using the metadata stored for each file

    3. Surround group designation option appears. Select left speaker and right speaker, and select [OK].
    4. Settings of the speakers for surround group play is completed.

    2. ARC connection
        - Connect the HDMI OUT(TV ARC) on the sound bar to HDMI IN (ARC) on the TV using an HDMI cable.

      2) If LED blinks in white
        The network connection is disconnected. Install the speaker again, referring to the installation manual.

    If the speaker connection is unstable because of obstacles(wall, microwave, refrigerator, TV, heater, etc.),
    you can change the channel of router to reduce signal interference from obstacles.

    3. If the router specification is set to 802.11ac, change to 802.11n mode. For the corresponding setting, refer to the router manual

      - The network connection is disconnected. Initialize the speaker then reinstall again.

  •  Songs are not added even though library has been updated.

    Just by adding a song to DLNA server, Music Library is not automatically updated. When you add a song to the server,
    in [Settings]>[Music Library]>[Sync], perform Music Library synchronization again.

    If song is not added even after Music Library synchronization, check the followings.
      1. Check whether DLNA server or PC Software sharing folder has been designated.
      2. Check whether DLNA server contents list has been renewed.

        ▶ Server contents list may not be immediately renewed even after you copy the file into the server, check the server setting.
        ▶ If you copy a song into the smart devise with a method other than MTP, it may not be reflected to the server contents list. In such case,
          rescan the contents in the smart devise, or turn off and start again the smart devise.

      3. The sharing may have been blocked, so check DLNA server program setting or firewall setting.

        ▶ If you are using LG Music Flow PC software, designate shared folder. The corresponding folder is automatically added to Music Library in a minute.

    Even if you performed grouping, the group may be ungrouped in the following cases.

    1. When alarm goes off
      Alarm is set separately, so it is set to automatically ungroup when an alarm sounds for the convenience of the user.

    2. At power OFF/ON
      If power is turned off while group is set, the connected speaker will disappear and the group will be ungrouped.
      To turn them on again and enjoy as a group, you need to regroup them.


    3. Others
      Group may be ungrouped by signal interference caused by Wi-Fi network defect.

        please move the corresponding device closer to the router and try again.

    - DRM applied file cannot be played.
    - Depending on the conditions of use, 192 kHz / 24 bit high-quality file may not be played normally because of big data transfer size.

    - In the group play , it is recommended to use speaker with a wired connection as a master.
