WHAT IS OLED TV?
OLED (Organic Light Emitting Diode) is a display technology entirely different from previous television technology. It has pixels that light themselves and work independently, meaning that on OLED TV does not need a backlight and other complex structures that a conventional TV would need. When an electric current runs through the organic diodes behind each pixel, the image is created. This enables OLED to give fantastic picture quality whilst being incredibly slim.
4 colour pixel
LG's 4 Colour Pixel technology adds a white sub-pixel that modifies the conventional 3 colours and enhances both colour range and accuracy. This considerably improves the OLED pixels' ability to express the colours of reality.
Colour Refiner 
LG OLED TV's Colour Refiner dramatically enhances colour consistency and precision by refining the pixel's colours. The resulting pictures are more natural and comfortable to the eyes.
