- The wireless charging is not working.
Try this
If wireless charging is not working, please check the following list.
1. Check the model name.
HBS-TFN6 and HBS-TFN7 support wireless charging.
HBS-TFN5, HBS-TFN4, HBS-PFL7, and HBS-PFL7P do not support wireless charging.
2. Make sure the TONE Free is placed in the center of the charger pad.
If your TONE Free is not placed in the correct position, it may charge slowly or heat may be generated.
If the temperature of the charger reaches 45 degrees, it won’t charge your TONE Free for safety purposes.
3. Check if there is a conductive sticker [silver foil sticker] or a thick case between the product and the wireless charger.
4. Check if the wireless charger is not compatible with your TONE Free.
Depending on the wireless charger, it won’t charge your product at all or the charging may be slow.
※ Fast wireless charging is not supported.
※ If you still experience the same issue after following the steps above, have your product checked by an LG Electronics service technician.
