Smart diagnosis available for use only when the battery is being charged as it is used to reliably see the operability of the entire sensors and the charging station installation environment.

Try this

If the roboking is powered on but dormant for a long time, the battery can get fully discharged, thus return it to the charging station(manual charging, auto charging) and wait until one battery level is displayed and try again then.

Check the charging station LED lighting and move the product to the charging station.
Dock the charging base and product so that they are aligned in the center.

Push for charging : Alight the centers of the charging station and the roboking and push them to make it contact with the port.
Hand lift for charging : Lift the roboking and hang it over the port of the charging station so that it can come in contact with the charging port.
