What People Are Saying

Rated 5 out of 5 by from GREAT phone I have had this phone just under a year it is easy to use and nice looking phone. The phones microsoft office features are great for buisness oriented users on the go with excel, powerpoint, word, and sharepoint u can access docs from anywhere. This is also a fun phone with tons of games and Apps and text messaging is very fast once u get used to the screen sensitivity people tend to complain about that but these people generally push to hard on the screen increasing fingerprint and pressing more letters than required. The battery despite many reviews is just fine for a smartphone i have many friends with comparable smart phones such as iphone 4 and both phones battery life are comparable u have to remember it drains faster the more stuff u have running like wifi and bluetooth at the sametime as well as playing games and talking on it as well as vibration the biggest battery drain esecially if u text alot drain the battery faster if u want to maximize ur battery life simply turn off stuff ur not using or do not need like vibrate bluetooth and wifi. My only complaint is the ridiculous ringtones and no support to get different ones yet!! I have talked with LG support staff about the issue and have been assured that this is going to be rectified. Also do not bother with the Facebook App you would be better served using Internet Explorer on ur phone to go on facebook using ur data plan or wifi as the app lacks alot of options and does not rotate sideways for text input which is horrible. Also the integration of facebook contacts, email contacts and phone contacts is great u can merge them together very easily and find them even faster. Out of a 10 this phone is a 9.80.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is all around an awesome purchase Can't believe this is a brand new operating system. It is on par with everything else out there and is still not had its first update. Side by side many apps open faster on this phone then on the Iphone 4 which is amazing. I am very excited for the first few updates when they integrate Twitter and allow interaction with Xbox 360 Kinect.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Decent Phone I have to say for the most part I like this phone. I find the touch screen a little annoying at times. Sometimes I will have to tap an item several times before it will work. One of the worst ones is the tiny send button on the messaging screen. The ringtones are terrible, no regular cell phone tones. I find the vibrate feature so weak that I can never feel it vibrate. I'm a little concerned about the life of battery. It seems to drain fairly fast, even though I'm not using the phone that much. I love being able to pin my favourite contacts to the main screen. I find the camera a little disappointing. The picture quality is not very good. Thankfully, I didn't buy the phone for the camera. Sound quality is excellent and I have not had any problems with missed or dropped calls. This my second LG phone and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. So, far I'm happy with the phone for the most part. There are a few little issues with it, that I think should be changed, to make it a better phone. Over the long term, we shall see if it was the best choice.
