How can I check total time spent watching TV?
For models manufactured before 2010, the presence of a service technician at domicile would be required.
- Non-smart models (without any smart function capability):
Menu (settings) → Customer support (red button on the remote control) → Product service information
- Netcast models (2011~2013, 2014 UB82, UB83 & LB58 series):
Home → Settings → Customer support (question mark at the bottom of screen) → Product service information
- webOS models (manufactured as of 2014 and newer):
Home → Settings → Advanced settings → General → Customer support
※ If the item is not found in “customer support”, select additional condition “product information” (web OS 2.0↑)
