HOT AIR COMING OUT FROM

UNDERNEATH

QUESTION:   I can feel a hot breeze coming out from bottom front or side of the refrigerator.

Is this normal?

ANSWER:     There is a motor fan operating from the back bottom part of a refrigerator. In the

process of heat transfer that is refrigeration, the motor fan cools down appliance by dispersing

accumulated heat. In this case it feels as if a hot breeze comes out from the front bottom part.

The breeze might feel even hotter especially during scorching & torrid summer days but there is

no need to worry. It is perfectly normal.
