Should you notice food melting in the freezer or refrigerator/freezer compartments never getting cold enough, please find herewith following troubleshooting tips that may resolve your issue so long as it's not a mechanical or electronic failure of the product.

ONE LAST WARNING!

In times of extreme heat & humidity, please avoid opening the refrigerator or freezer door too often during the day and please avoid staring into the refrigerator too long. It takes much longer for a refrigerator to recuperate and return to proper cooling further to have endured scorching heat and humidity never hesitating at the first chance seeking comfort inside the refrigerator or freezer compartment.
