LONG TIME DRYING – LOAD ISSUE

Is there too much laundry for drying? (Long time drying)

Cause

  - The volume of laundry decreases as clothes gets wet in the washing machine;

    conversely, the volume of laundry gradually increases as clothes dry up in the dryer.

    The maximum volume handled by the dryer is 10kg which implies the dryer has a lower

    capacity than the washing machine.

  - Humidity sensor will not work properly if you dry excessive amount of laundry. Laundry

    may not come out completely dried up.

Troubleshooting

  - Put appropriate amount of laundry to meet dryer capacity.

    (If laundry exceeds or reaches maximum capacity, divide laundry into two loads).

  - Dry adequate amount of laundry (5~7kg)

Before drying, ensure load went through spin mode in the washer first.

    Otherwise, drying will take much longer to complete and this may have detrimental effect

    on the appliance.
