Neither video or audio are working on my TV. Is this a problem with the power cord/cable connection?

           TV video and audio are not working on TV.

          Make sure power cord and cables are firmly connected.

How to fix  How to fix

                 If your TV cannot be turned on, check if the power cord on the back of the product is plugged in.

                 Check the AC power cable on the back of the TV, and also the power cord inserted to an outlet.

 

              When an multi-outlet strip/extension lead is used, check if other products connected to the strip can be turned on.

              3.  If letters appear on the screen when you turn on / off the TV or change the channels, press External Input on remote control.
