My washing machine is displaying the OE error. How do I clean the drain pump?

cause Cause

The 'OE' error essentially means the water is not draining from the washing machine.

As your washing machine cannot drain if the filter of drain pump is clogged, regular cleaning is necessary in order to avoid laundry residue being accumulated  inside the filter.

How to clean drain filter

(NOTE: When cleaning the drain filter, it is possible for a large amount of water to come out so always lay down a towel before

cleaning. Also be extra careful with this if you have solid wood flooring)

 - When your ready to clean the filter and happy to allow water into your floor then please do the following :-

① First open the filter cover loated on the botton left hand side of your machine (right-hand side for some models) and

locate the large filter cap and residual water hose inside.

② Turn the large cap to the left to take it out,

Then remove residual water and any foreign materials. You do not need to touch the residual water hose
③ Clean filter and reassemble it
