Symptom
■ I have forgotten my password for my phone after setting up Screen-Lock (Settings >Display > Lock screen > Select screen lock).
How to fix
■ When you forget the password, press the button on the lower right corner to receive a Backup PIN or an access to Gmail account unlock option.
■ If you forgot both the Backup PIN and your Google account, you can access the Google account with the Google Account Recovery service.
