Clean the dust filter.
During cooling operation, if frost is formed on the thick pipe joint of the outdoor unit, then as a result, lots of dusts will be accumulated in the dust filter of the indoor unit and less air will be sucked in, thus failing smooth discharges of cool air.
That is why the problem occurs.
※ As cooling is smoothly done, you some slight frost, then it might be a temporary symptom due to the environmental factors, so you can continue to use it without inspections.
Ex) Changing seasons, when the indoor/outdoor temperature is low
It occurs maybe because of the lack of refrigerant water supply.
During cooling operation, as the cooling performance is poor, there is frost near the thin pipe joints of the outdoor unit, then it might be because of the lack of refrigerant or malfunctions of parts for the outdoor unit.
Turn on and off the dedicated circuit breaker for the air conditioner and try again after 3 minutes.
If the symptom does not improve, then ask for inspections by a professional service manager.
