Causes and Symptoms

  • [Cooling] During use, you did not open the air vent window for the outdoor unit room.
  • [Heating] During use, the indoor unit dust filter is clogged.

Try this

[Cooling] During use, did you open the air vent window for the outdoor unit room?

➔ Trip the circuit breaker and lift it after 3 minutes and open the air vent window.

It might be due to overheating of the outdoor unit.
Nicely arrange the obstacles near the outdoor unit and open the air vent window for the outdoor unit room in a straight line.

Good ventilation of the outdoor unit and poor ventilation due to obstacles

[Heating] During use, is the indoor unit dust filter cleaned?

➔ Trip the circuit breaker and lift it after 3 minutes and clean the filter.

It might be due to clogging of the indoor unit filter.
If it’s been more than a month since you cleaned the filter, turn off the heating machine and clean the filter.
