Fantastic image, intuitive navigation
So happy with this TV. Setup is a cinch. When first powered up, the TV walks you through HDMI connection for all ports, same with cable and whatever else. Remote is like a mouse pointer. That was a pleasant surprise. Plenty of picture settings to find something to your liking. No complaints from me on this TV.

Love the way the picture looks.
Had this TV a month now and wished we had purchased this TV sooner. We went from a 40 in to this 65 in and or viewing experience is more than we expected from what we where told from the sales person. Can not believe how the picture stands out so much more like you are almost there in the scene your self and the color is so vibrant. Best big purchase we made on a TV.

Needed a Repair
I bought this 65 inch nanocell tv less that 3 months ago, and I already need a repair done. The sound got stuck on the loud volume and would not get lower manually nor with the remote. I could not return it to the store due to it being over 30 days so the warranty kicked in. I had to place a service call to LG repairman. I was not happy at all about this because I also had to lose money to get off work to meet the repairman.
