If test run after installation of the product is not normally performed, No message may be displayed, or the product is turned off soon after installation.
Carry out test running of the product.

What is a test run?
This is the function with which the product checks the product’s condition while operating by itself.
Products in which test running was not performed do not operate normally.

Product symptoms when a test run is not performed

1. An error code occurs in the product. [No display]

2. 3 LEDs blink continuously at the same time.

3. The louver opens and then closes after a while, or it does not work.

→ Test run of the product might not normally performed if the same symptom persists immediately after installation.
You may ask test run to installation technician, or you can perform test run by yourself.

1. Open the louver of the indoor unit.

2. Keep pressing the forced mode switch on the right of the product for approximately 3 to 6 seconds.
Test run starts once you opt out from the switch when ‘ringing’ sounds once from the product.

3. “Lo” is displayed for approximately 3 minutes during test run, and progress ratio of the required test run is displayed in numbers between 1 and 99 for approximately 4 minutes.
“EN” is immediately displayed, and the selected mode is automatically executed for approximately 10 minutes.
Wait until the test running is completed.

➔ Test running of LED lamp type

1. Hold the handles on the left and the right on the front of the indoor unit, and lift up the front cover to open it.

2. Keep pressing the forced mode switch on the right of the product for approximately 3 to 6 seconds.
Test run starts once you opt out from the switch when ‘ringing’ sounds once from the product.

3. LED lamps ‘Power,’ ‘Outdoor Unit,’ and ‘Reservation’ light in the order, and required test run is performed for approximately 7 minutes.
Then, LED lamps ‘Power’ and ‘Outdoor Unit’ light simultaneously, and optional operation is automatically executed for approximately 10 minutes.
Wait until the test running is completed.

➔ Test running using the remote control

1. Press the power button on the remote control.
When the power is normally supplied, ‘ding’ sounds.

2. Press ‘Reservation/Cancellation’ button on the remote control of the wall-mounted air-conditioner 3 times within 5 seconds.

3. Test running will be executed according to the LED type and LED lamp type products.

Warning!

Do not press the forced operation switch or a remote control button during test running.
The product does not operate normally if it is terminated before completing the required operation.
If you press the button, the test run may be stopped before completion.

In case of check codes CH 05, 38, 53, 66, 90, and 91

If any of the check codes is displayed, have the installation technical check the products for erroneous wiring of power cables, or status of refrigerant during installation of the product.
It is recommended that you check the product status after having an installation technician check the installation status first.
Select the desired date and time to apply for service.
