How to use Remote Desktop

Troubleshooting

Use the Remote Desktop feature on your PC to connect your PC and TV in the office so you can work efficiently at home on your TV's big screen.

  • This feature is only available on PCs with Windows 10 Pro or later OS.
  • Up to four remote PCs can be connected and must have usernames and passwords set up. Login via PIN entry is not supported.
  • Both the TV in your home and the PC to be connected must be networked and set up,
    If you're connected to another router, you may need to set the router's port forwarding settings.
    Please refer to your router's post forwarding instructions.
  • The connection is disconnected when my PC is in sleep mode and I can't reconnect, please turn off your PC's sleep mode.
  • If your connection is restricted due to your company's security policy, you may need to contact the security personnel of the network you use.

Please confirm the IP address, nickname, and password of the PC you are connecting to on your TV,
as you will need to enter this information on your TV to connect.

How to set up Remote Desktop on a PC

[ Windows Settings ] ➝ [ System ] ➝ [ Remote Desktop ] → [ ON ]

Enable Remote Desktop in System Settings.

How to set up a remote PC on your TV

Press the Home button on the remote control → [Home Office] → [Remote Pc] → [Enter information] → [Connect]

Press the Home button on your remote and select Home Office from the screen that appears.
Select Remote PC from the Home Office menu
Enter the IP address nickname username password to connect to the remote Pc

How to set your PC's sleep mode to Never

[ Windows Settings ] ➝ [ System ] ➝ [ Power & Sleep ] → [ Never ]
Turn off sleep mode in system settings
