If your LG TV isn't showing channels after a new purchase or move, first make sure the antenna cable is securely connected, and then run [Auto Tuning] in the TV settings.
If you are using a set-top box: You do not need to run [Auto Tuning]. Simply change the TV input to the one connected to your set-top box to start watching.
If you are using a wall antenna without a set-top box: Securely connect the cable to the antenna port on the back of the TV.
Then, complete [Auto Tuning] so your TV can receive broadcast channels properly.
In the TV settings menu, [Manual Tuning] is available in addition to [Auto Tuning].
This feature allows you to manually search for and save channels. For digital broadcasts, it also lets you check the signal strength of the connected antenna.
Why is my LG TV missing channels?

The coaxial cable connecting the TV to the wall or antenna port may be loose or disconnected.
4. Incorrect Input (Source) Setting
The TV may be set to the wrong input for your set-top box or external device.
5. Issue with the Connected Device or TV Hardware
There may be an issue with the antenna cable or the TV itself.
