unit can be safely installed in your home.

Check the installation location
Check if the installation space is sufficient for the size of the product to be purchased or installed.
- To prevent vibration and noise, the washing machine should be installed on a hard, even floor, such as cement or
concrete.
Please note that installation on wooden, metal, or steeply sloped floors may cause vibration and noise during use.
Electric/heat pump dryer
This is a checklist for installing electric dryers. For gas dryers, please seek assistance from an installation
specialist.
Check if there is enough space for the dryer to be installed.
A clearance of at least 2 inches (5 cm) is required on the left and right sides of the dryer.
A clearance of at least 7.8 inches (20 cm) is required above the dryer.
A clearance of at 4 inches (10 cm) is required between the back of the unit and wall.
The straight-line distance between the electric outlet and the dryer should be within 47 inches (120 cm).
If water will be drained using a water container (tank), ensure there is clearance at the front equivalent to the
depth of the unit
Gas dryer
This is a checklist for installing electric dryers. For gas dryers, please seek assistance from an installation
specialist.
Check if there is sufficient space for the dryer to be installed.
A clearance of at least 2 inches (5 cm) is required on the left and right sides of the dryer.
A clearance of at least 7.8 inches (20 cm) is required above the dryer.
A clearance of at least 5 inches (13 cm) is required between the back of the unit and the wall to allow for
installation of the rear exhaust duct.
The straight-line distance between the electric outlet and the dryer should be within 47 inches (120 cm).
**Dryer Duct Installation Precautions**
- - Use only 4-inch (10.2 cm) rigid or semi-rigid metal ducts for safety and efficiency.
- - Keep duct runs as short and straight as possible to improve airflow.
- - Install duct sections with the male ends pointing away from the dryer to prevent lint buildup.
- - Seal all duct joints securely with UL-listed duct tape to avoid air leaks.
- - Insulate ducts running through unheated spaces to prevent condensation.
- - Purchase ducts and fittings separately, as they are not included with the dryer.
- - For any repairs or complex installations, contact a qualified service technician.
Check the delivery path
Check the delivery path to the installation location to ensure safe delivery of the product.
