The Indoor Dehumidification feature removes moisture from the room where
your LG Styler is installed.
To use this feature, turn on your Styler and select Indoor
Dehumidification from the Custom Dry(Gentle Dry) menu, or use the left
and right buttons to choose this option.
Next, open the Styler door at least 45 degrees (some models operate with
the door closed) and press Start/Pause to begin dehumidifying.
- Dehumidification performance may vary depending on your room's temperature and humidity.
- If the drain tank becomes full, your Styler pauses, sounds an alert, and displays Empty Water. To continue, empty the drain tank and press Start/Pause.
How to Set Up Indoor Dehumidification on Your LG Styler
Use this feature when the room or closet where your Styler is
installed feels damp, especially during rainy weather.
Your Styler draws in humid air from the surrounding area to help
reduce moisture and keep the room comfortable.
Step 1. Turn On Your Styler
Press Power on your Styler control panel.
Step 2. Select Indoor Dehumidification
Press Custom Dry or Gentle Dry repeatedly to select Indoor Dehumidification. You can also use the left and right arrow buttons on the display to choose this option. On some models, this feature is available under Downloaded Cycle.
Step 3. Set the Operating Time
The operating time is set to two hours when you first select Indoor
Dehumidification. Press [Custom Dry] again or select the time setting
at the bottom of the display to change the operating time to four
hours.
The default operating time is two hours. To change the time to four
hours, press Custom Dry or Gentle Dry again, or select the time
setting at the bottom of the display.
Step 4. Open the Styler Door
Open the Styler door at least 45 degrees so your Styler can draw in
air from the room.
Note: Some newer models with an automatic ventilation system operate
with the door closed.
Step 5. Start Indoor Dehumidification
Press Start/Pause to begin dehumidifying.
