Compared to earlier days after purchasing the roboking, is the suction power much worse?
If the dust bin is full or the filter is clogged, the suction power will be reduced.(Air flows blocked.)
When using the roboking, you are recommended to periodically clean the dust bin(filter).
If you use the [Turbo] function on the main body or remote control, you can ensure much stronger or better cleaning.
Floor master function
(If the floor is detected, it is automatically turned on, and it is turned off when you press the [Turbo] button on the remote control.)
➔ How to clean the dust bin filter.
1. On the rear of the dust bin, pull the left hook of the dust bin filter case to separate the sponge inside and the filter.
2. Use a vacuum cleaner or cleaning brush to completely wipe off fine dusts in the filter.
※ Do not wash the filter in water. Dust suction power can be reduced.
3. Use a cleaning brush to thoroughly clean the sponge filter.
If washed in water, then let it completely dry in the shade before use.
4. Assemble the filter and the sponge filter into the cover.
※ Align the rectangle shape next to the filter with the groove of the cover and assembly it accordingly.
Make sure that the filter and the sponge filer are not incorrectly assembled with the dust bin filter cover.
Assemble it in the correct order.
For the best performance of the roboking, make sure to clean the filter by using a cleaning brush or vacuum cleaner at least once a week.
If the filter cover is assembled into the dust bin without a filter for operation, then dusts can enter the inside to cause malfunctions.
Does it have less suction power than the general cleaning machine?
In principle, the roboking uses the rotating brushes on both sides to collect dusts onto the front side where the bottom rotating brush is and uses
the suction power of the bottom rotating brush and the suction motor to absorb dusts and put them in the dust bin.
It is different from a general vacuum cleaner that operates with vacuum.
It resembles use of the broomstick and dustpan thus it has less suction power than a general vacuum machine.
For the maximum suction power to be maintained, clean the dust bin and the filter.
