[LG AeroCat Tower] What to Do When Your Cat’s Weight Is Measured Incorrectly

          How to Calibrate the Weight Sensor and Measure Your Cat’s Weight
        </h2>
        <p>Make sure the product is powered on, then follow the steps below:</p>

            <strong>1. Empty the Cat Dome</strong><br/>Ensure the cat dome is
            completely empty. Remove your cat and any other objects.
          </li>

            <strong>2. Calibrate the Scale</strong><br/>Press and hold the
            <strong>Power, Fan Speed,</strong> and
            <strong>Heating</strong> buttons at the same time for 3 seconds.

            LG ThinQ app and confirm that the weight is reset to 0 kg (0 lb).

            rests on the cat dome, weight measurement starts automatically. You

        If the weight is still inaccurate after calibration, check the
        following:

          <strong>Interference:</strong><br/>The cat dome is touching a wall or
          nearby furniture.
        </li>
        
<li>
          <strong>Other objects:</strong><br/>Toys or other items are on the
          cat dome together with your cat.
        </li>
        
<li>
          <strong>Incorrect calibration:</strong><br/>Calibration was performed
          while a heavy object was on the cat dome
        </li>
        
<li>
          <strong>Movement:</strong><br/>Your cat is moving continuously during
          measurement.
        </li>

            required for the AeroCat Tower to detect my cat?

<span aria-label="Answer">A.</span> Yes. When a weight of 350 g
            (0.77 lb) or more is detected on the cat dome, the AeroCat Tower
            recognizes that your cat is resting and starts measuring.

            the cat dome?

<span aria-label="Answer">A.</span> No. Placing a weight of 15 kg

            sit on the cat dome or place heavy objects on it.
