Does the pointer disappear while you are using the Magic Motion remote control?
If you press any direction key [Up/Down/Left/Right] on the Magic Motion remote control while the cursor (pointer) is on the screen,
the cursor disappears and your Magic Motion remote control starts to work as a generic remote control.
Try this
If you point the Magic Motion remote control to the TV screen and move it in a circular motion within 2 minutes after the cursor disappears, the cursor will reappear on the screen.
If 2 minutes have passed after the cursor (pointer) disappeared, press the [OK] button to show the cursor again.
The direction keys [Up/Down/Left/Right] should work all the time as they don’t trigger the cursor.
If a pop-up appears on the screen indicating that the battery is low, please replace the battery.
Check if the LED on the front of the AI remote control turns on when any button is pressed.
If the LED does not turn on, it indicates it is time to replace the battery. (Replace all batteries at the same time.)
