Troubleshooting

Due to failed detection by the dust sensor, an error message can occur.
Due to foreign objects in the dust bin, an error message can occur.

Try this

After separating the dust bin from the main body, clean the dust sensor and check for clogging by foreign objects inside.

Press the dust bin cover button to remove dusts.
Open the prefilter cover and check if the prefilter is mounted and remove foreign objects.

Open the air exhaust filter cover and check if the air exhaust filter is mounted and remove foreign objects.
Place a soft cloth on the floor and place the roboking upside down.
Press the Separate button on the left to the nozzle and then separate the rotating brush cover and remove foreign objects.
