Troubleshooting

If you use a cable out of the product specs, then it can cause screen Color and mute no display.

Did you check if the high contrast option is on in Windows?

➔ If the high contrast function is enabled, then Windows background, task bars, internet site background and so on will look black,
and the font will be displayed in high contrast themes such as yellow, blue, purple, white and so on.

What is the high contrast function?

If the screen has low color contrasts, then it might difficult for users with poor vision to read it.
High contrast function is used to help them reading more easily and faster on the PC through strong color contrasts.

How to deactivate the high contrast function in [Windows Setting]

① Go to the input window at the left bottom of background and search for [high contrast] and select [Change high contrast theme].

② In [High contrast], switch from [On] → [Off].

② Select [Picture] : [Color Adjust] to switch it to [Red/Green/Blue].

When you want to make the screen more blue:

Move both [Red] and [Green] by one step to the left.
Check the color hue and make an adjustment. (Maintain 50 for [Blue])

When you want to make the screen more yellowish or reddish:

Move [Blue] by one step to the left. Check the color hue and make an adjustment. (Maintain 50 for both [Red] and [Green])

When you want to make the screen more yellowish or reddish

③ In [Color Adjust], select [Color Temp] and change the item.
[Warm] is generated from red color(yellowish) and [Cool] is generated from blue colors.

If the [Color Temp] adjustment item is different in [Color Hue Adjustment]
When you want to make the screen more blue: Go up in the right direction by one step and check the color hue each time.
When you want to make the screen more yellowish or reddish: Go down in the left direction by one step and check the color hue each time.

In cased of [W/C] units, change it in the order of W1 → W2, 3 and 4.

When you use the same monitor in dual mode, then even if the color hue setting is same, the resulting color hue can differ, so please keep this in mind.
※ If you proceed to reset it then the setting will be reverted to the early production value, so after changing it to a desired value, you should take a memo on it.
