Is hot water dispensed slowly or not at all?
➔ If hot water does not dispense because the hot water function is locked, unlock to use.
Unlock by pressing the [Hot] button for 3 seconds.
To lock the hot water function again, press the [Hot] button for 3 seconds.
➔ After dispensing a lot of hot water, wait 10 to 15 minutes to use hot water again.
When more than 2 liters of hot water is dispensed, the water purifier stops heating the water to prevent internal components from overheating.
As a result, hot water will not be dispensed for a short period.
Please wait 10 to 15 minutes to use hot water again.
➔ The hot water stream appearing thinner than cold water is due to the water purifier’s design.
The water purifier is designed to dispense a thinner stream of hot water to facilitate rapid heating of water.
➔ If the first cup or bowl of hot water is not hot but lukewarm, discard the first dispense and use from the second dispense.
Plumbed-in (tankless) water purifiers instantly purify and heat incoming water each time the [Dispense] button is pressed.
However, any residual water left in the water purifier’s internal passage may be dispensed together with the newly heated water, resulting in the first cup being lukewarm.
This is normal operation of the water purifier.
Is cold water not dispensing?
➔ If cold water does not dispense because the cold water function is locked, press the [Cold] button for about 3 seconds to turn on the feature.
Press the [Cold] button for 3 seconds to turn on the cold water feature and use cold water.
To turn the feature off, simply press the [Cold] button for 3 seconds again.
※Some models do not have the option of turning on/off cold water.
If your model doesn't have the option of turning hot or cold water on/off, and yet no water is being dispensed, it could indicate a problem with the product.
Open the valve by turning it counterclockwise.
